The nice comments in response to my song last week, Ghost of Christmas Past, inspired me to finish recording a completely different version of the tune. I think of this one more as a Christmas carol than a folk song. It starts kind of cutesy, but I hope you’ll stick around for the big ending.
I can’t say enough how much your support means to me. Social media frustrates me, so I’m glad I can put music here just for you, even music that maybe isn’t finished or I’m too afraid to publicly post .
That being said, if the following poll gets at least 10 votes, I’ll release both versions (and maybe the instrumentals?) on all the streaming services as quickly as possible. In the meantime, feel free to download the track and post it anywhere you want (just tag me if you do), or share with people you think would like it.
